The Worcester County Commission on Aging, Incorporated, is a private, non-profit agency headquartered in Snow Hill, Maryland. The commission on aging operates the Worcester County MAC Program and Worcester Adult Medical Day Care. The commission on aging has operated the Worcester County MAC Program since Fall 1979.
