Legal Services

As mandated by the Older Americans Act, as amended, MAC provides free legal services for older persons. Areas of concern include income maintenance; protective services; guardianship; housing; individual rights; and other areas of concern to the target population. Unfortunately, funding for this program is very limited.

If you think you may need legal assistance please contact your Senior Information & Assistance Program for help.
