Our Home-Aide Program strives to maintain or improve the health of the elderly who are chronically ill or severely disabled and are at risk of institutionalization. In many instances, staff members are able to ease an older person's return to his home after hospitalization. Services performed by aides are under the direction of a registered nurse and include personal care, transportation, housekeeping, and arranging for home-delivered meals.
