Class Descriptions
Foam Rolling, Stretching & Range of Motion: This low
impact class focuses on releasing tension in your muscles, stretching and
balance with the aid of foam rollers and your body weight.
Enhance Fitness: A full hour of fun, dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching make Enhance Fitness the premier fitness choice for older adults.
Tai Chi: The ancient art of Tai Chi uses slow flowing movements to improve health and revitalize essential life energy. Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) is a modified form of traditional Tai Chi, created by Dr. Paul Lam.
Yoga/ Chair Yoga: This class is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes young and old or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness.
Circuit: Mix it up with cardio and strength training! This class incorporates challenging your muscles as well as your heart.
Zumba Gold: This class brings on the heat with a Latin Style dance routine!
